The residential development Klein Rijsel in the station area of Leuven comprises 67 apartments. The architectural design of social housing and starter homes with underground parking and environmental planning was performed by Abscis Architecten and AD Architects. On the instructions of Future Clima, contractor HVAC & Sanitary, Macolines was responsible for the drawings for the construction specifications and as-built HVAC & Sanitary fittings. The lower ground floor was developed in 3D (Revit®).
